Reservations

Table reservations are available on Seven Rooms for NBC Sports Arena, 1100 Social & PBR Philly (Fri & Sat). Limited number of tables are available at a first come, first serve basis.  

Tables in Victory Beer Hall are first come, first serve.

Security Policy

All guests are subject to search prior to entering Xfinity Live!

  -Xfinity Live! utilizes walkthrough metal detectors for all events

-Staff will visually conduct bag and metal detection inspections to identify prohibited items to ensure the safety of all guests

-If the Metal Detector (Magnetometer) alarm sounds, guests will be subject to a secondary screening, which may slow entry into the venue.

-All vehicles parking within Wells Fargo Center lots are subject to screening

-Guests will be asked to remove any attire or apparatus concealing identity upon entry

-Any guest who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry

Bag Policy

Xfinity Live! prohibits bags inside the venue in accordance with best security practices:

-This includes backpacks, large purses, camera bags, drawstring Bags, totes and suitcases.

-Hand clutches, fanny packs, wristlets and small purses are permitted but must not exceed 12” x 12” with or without handle or straps and are subject to security inspection.

-All acceptable bags are subject to secondary search.

Xfinity Live! is an inclusive and family friendly venue, so exceptions for bags are as follows:

-Medical equipment bag and Parental bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”.

-All exceptions must go through metal detection and secondary search at entry.

Xfinity Live! reserves the right to refuse items which may cause a danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or the list of prohibited items. See prohibited items here.

Smoking Policy

Xfinity Live! is a smoke free venue. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is PROHIBITED in ALL AREAS of the arena and will result in immediate removal from the property. Smoking is only allowed outside Xfinity Live! 50ft. from entry door. 

Code of Conduct

Live! is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. We ask that all guests conduct themselves in accordance with our Guest Code of Conduct, which prohibits the following: 

- Outside food or beverage. We have plenty for you to enjoy!

- Pets. Humans and service animals only, please.

- Disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

- Clothing with profane language or obscene imagery.

- No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or motorized vehicles. 

- Photography or video recordings for commercial use without prior approval by management.

- Solicitation or loitering.

Failure to comply with the Guest Code of Conduct, or other reasonable requests from management or security, may result in the loss of privilege to visit our venue.

A: Xfinity Live! is located at 1100 Pattison Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148, at the corner of Pattison Ave & 11th Street in the Philadelphia Sports Complex.

A: Xfinity Live! is situated just steps away from Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field, and the Wells Fargo Center—so close, it's as if it's on the field.

Q: Where is food being served?
A: Full-service dining is available at NBC Sports Arena and 1100 Social. Food kiosks in NBC Sports Arena include Chickie's and Pete's, Geno's Steaks, and Lorenzo and Sons Pizza. Beverage service is available in all venues: NBC Sports Arena, 1100 Social, PBR Philly, and Victory Beer Hall.

Q: What is the age requirement for Xfinity Live!?
A: All guests must be 21 or over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is over the age of 25. On Friday and Saturday nights, the venue is 21+ only.

Q: What forms of ID are acceptable?
A: Acceptable IDs include:

• A valid photo driver's license issued by any U.S. state or territory

• A valid photo identification card issued by PENNDOT or any other state

• A Canadian driver's license or other bona fide Canadian identification

• A valid photo armed forces ID card

• A valid passport, passport card, or travel visa containing the holder's photograph

Q: What items are prohibited at Xfinity Live!?
A: Prohibited items include:

• Alcohol, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia

• Drones or other aircraft

• Laser pointers and items intended to create optical distraction

• Aerosol cans or noisemaking devices

• Hoverboards and skateboards

• Video and audio recording devices (unless prior approval)

• Sealed packages of any kind

• Selfie sticks or telescopic devices

• Pets (other than service animals)

• Attire that conceals identity (exceptions made for medical and religious purposes after inspection)

• Large banners, signs, and flags

• Outside food and beverage (except baby food and medically necessary items)

• Coolers, hydration packs, bottles, cans, or other beverage containers

• Any other items deemed inappropriate by venue personnel

Q: What is your bag policy?
A: Bags are prohibited inside the venue, including backpacks, large purses, camera bags, drawstring bags, totes, and suitcases. Small clutches, fanny packs, wristlets, and small purses not exceeding 12” x 12” are permitted and subject to inspection. Exceptions are made for medical equipment bags and parental bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”, which must undergo metal detection and secondary search at entry.

A: Parking is complimentary in the Wells Fargo Center’s lots on non-event nights and free one hour after the start of the final event of the day in the Stadium District. Valet parking is available during special events, with the Valet Lot located behind Xfinity Live! Guests will enter the Valet Lot on 11th Street. 

Q: Is there a valet option?
A: Yes, valet parking is available during special events. The Valet Lot is located behind Xfinity Live!, behind 1100 Social and next to PBR.

Q: Is there public transportation access?
A: Yes, the NRG Station stop is located on the Broad Street Line at the intersection of Broad Street and Pattison Avenue.

A: Table reservations are available through Seven Rooms for NBC Sports Arena, 1100 Social, and PBR Philly (Friday and Saturday). A limited number of tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

SPORTS COMPLEX PARKING

Parking is complimentary in the Wells Fargo Center’s lots on non-event nights and free one hour after the start of the final event of the day in the Stadium District. Parking fees are set and controlled by the Stadium District. The main entrance to the Wells Fargo Center’s lot can be accessed from Broad Street.

A valet option is available for guests during special events. Our Valet Lot is located behind Xfinity Live! (behind 1100 Social / next to PBR). Guests will enter the Valet Lot on 11th Street. Xfinity Live!’s Valet Lot will follow similar rates as the Stadium District. This lot is also free during non-event days.
