Important Information for Our Guests Regarding the COVID-19 Virus
In response to Governor Wolf’s direction, Xfinity Live! is closed until further notice.
The safety and well-being of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and comply with all orders, instructions and guidelines set forth by the Governor’s office and other government and regulatory agencies.
We hope everyone stays safe and healthy and continues to follow guidance from government agencies and experts. We value your patronage and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are advised that it is safe to do so.
Yes, Xfinity Live! has a bag policy and code of conduct. It is as follows.
PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Oversized bags larger than 16”x16”x8”
- Metal Cans
- Laser pointers
- Knives, glass containers
- Selfie sticks
- Hard coolers
- Clothing with offensive or profane language
- Banners that interfere with the game or have political or commercial messages
Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry, and Xfinity Live! is unable to check or store prohibited items.
If Xfinity Live! were any closer to the stadiums, it would be on the field.

After 8pm on Friday and Saturday (and certain special events), all guests who enter or are inside of Xfinity Live! must be 21 or over.
A Valid (US), non-expired State issued ID or License, Military ID or Passport is needed for those 21 and over.
*Exceptions will be made to this policy, please check individual event pages for age requirements or contact the venue.
Xfinity Live! hours of operation vary. For venue specific hours of operation, please reference our Hours & Parking page.
Parking is complimentary on non-event nights and free one hour after the start of the final event of the day. Parking fees at all other times will be set by the event being held at the Sports Complex.
