New Year’s Eve events announced
Local venues and restaurants alike already have preparations underway to ring in 2024. Here are some of the events that have been announced:
Xfinity Live! at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex will kick off its New Year’s Eve celebration at 9 p.m. on Dec. 31 with its five venues featuring different performances. 1100 Social will have a silent disco and DJ; Broad Street Bullies Pub will offer karaoke and a DJ; and Victory Beer Hall will have performances from Go Go Gadget. Elsewhere there will be ice sculptures and aerialists, in addition to bull riding. Tickets – which include drinks and food, plus a midnight champagne toast – start at $90 for general admission.
